There is A LOT on my mind and plate. I have many demands for my time and attention. I am a busy mother of three who is about to have her home under construction (again) and a full-time freelancer. My health and wellness is important to me because I want to be my best for my husband, children, and business.

I can truly relate to everything you just wrote! We honestly have so much in common.
