Hi Friends! As we move through fall and head toward colder weather (it is already getting chilly and wet here in Orange County, CA), I wanted to share several products I’ve fully used up and repurchased because they continue to perform well for my skin, hair, and everyday routine. These are reliable staples that I find myself returning to throughout the season, and I had to share them with you.

Salonpas Pain Relieving Patch
These pain-relieving patches are essential after challenging gym days or long hours spent editing and filming. They provide effective relief for muscle tension and soreness, especially around the shoulders and lower back. My son also likes to use it on his lower back when it is feeling achy, so it is safe and effective for teens, too. It does create a strong warming sensation, so check in with your child to see if they are tolerating it well.

Formula Z Happy Stick Eyeliner Duo
A dual-ended eyeliner is practical for both soft daytime definition and deeper evening looks. This formula is long-lasting, richly pigmented, and suitable for all eye colors, making them pop and look beautiful.

Hempz Sensitive Skin Herbal Moisturizer
As temperatures cool, this herbal skin lotion helps maintain smooth, hydrated skin. It absorbs well, offers lasting moisture, and is gentle enough for sensitive skin.

Elemis Pro-Collagen Marine Cream SPF 30
A dependable day cream that provides hydration, supports firmness, and includes SPF 30. It works well under makeup and keeps skin feeling comfortable throughout the day. I also love the light, clean scent.

Sky Organics Castor Oil
A versatile product used for conditioning brows, lashes, cuticles, and dry areas. The Sky Organic castor oil formula is pure and effective, making it useful in many parts of a beauty routine.
Several times a week, I will rub some on my tummy as a castor oil pack (make sure to use castor oil stored in a dark glass bottle). I put a cotton cloth over my stomach and a weighted heated pad with auto shut-off before falling asleep. It is helpful for lymphatic damage, reducing bloat, and helps improve my digestion + constipation.

Exuviance Evening Restorative Complex & Exuviance CitraFirm Face Oil
Cream: Exuviance Evening Restorative Complex, now called Overnight Transformation Moisturizer Complex
Oil: Exuviance CitraFirm Face Oil also known as CitraFirm Firming & Nourishing Face Oil
This nighttime pairing supports skin texture, moisture, and overall radiance. Long-term use has given my skin a smoother and more refined appearance. I have been using Exuviance for years and love this company, and was once a skincare ambassador for them.

Somme Institute Transport Exfoliating Glycolic Acid Pads
These exfoliating glycolic acid pads help renew the skin’s surface and promote a more youthful texture. They brighten the complexion and prep the skin for serums and moisturizers.

Clarins Double Serum
A botanical-based serum that adds hydration and enhances the skin’s natural glow. It layers well under makeup or other skincare products. I love how effective it is in making my skin soft and radiant. Clarins Double Serum is lightweight, and my skin absorbs it so well.

Supergoop Glowscreen SPF 40
A tinted sunscreen that adds a subtle luminosity while protecting and hydrating. It also works well as a makeup-priming base. I use it most mornings because it is so easy to use. I wash my face when I wake up, slap a thin layer on, and start my busy morning. It is nice to know that my skin is protected when I hurriedly (but safely) drive my son to high school. Yes, your skin gets affected by the sun when driving.

Caudalie Beauty Elixir
A refreshing facial mist that hydrates and soothes the skin on the go. It can be used before makeup, after setting makeup, or anytime the skin needs a boost. I am already out again and need to get a new bottle. The smell is so lovely, and when it mists your skin — it’s just magical.

Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion
A reliable eyeshadow primer that keeps eyeshadow vibrant and crease-free for long periods of wear. It is really easy to apply and makes a big difference in keeping your eyeshadow long-lasting.

K18 Leave-In Molecular Repair Hair Mask
After chemical damage from bleaching and balayage, this hair mask treatment has been instrumental in strengthening and repairing my hair. Regular use improves elasticity, softness, and overall resilience. I followed the directions on the bottle, and my hair is looking and feeling so healthy. Now, I am choosing to use this just once a month.

As we head into the colder months, these are the products I continue to rely on for comfort, hydration, and overall skin and hair support. Each one has earned its place in my routine, and I hope they become just as helpful for you. If you’ve tried any of these or if something here caught your interest, I’d love to hear your thoughts. Sharing what works for us is one of the best parts of the beauty community, and I believe you’ll enjoy these as much as I do.
